COVID-19 Click & Collect Procedure
Before collecting your goods you will be required to pre-arrange a date and time for your collection. You can advise us which day you would like to collect and if you would prefer an AM (8am - 12:30pm) or PM (1:30pm - 4pm) timeslot.

On arrival at our warehouse at the agreed date and time you will be required to follow the procedure below:

Please park in the customer parking bays. IF YOU ARE NOT TRADE you will need to call us to let us know we you are outside.

A member of our warehouse team will ask you for your order number then return to the office to print the picking list and pick your goods.

This warehouse employee will then put your products on a pallet next to your vehicle for you to load into your vehicle.

Once loading is completed you will be asked to give verbal confirmation that you have all of your goods and the warehouse employee will sign the collection paperwork on your behalf.

Please note that social distancing of at least 2m between customers and staff will be adhered to at all times.
